In this instructor led, virtual course, managers will learn to manage dynamic teams, by eliminating common killers to team success, by building team operating guidelines and by understanding the four stages of team development. Leaders and managers who take this course will leave the course prepared to build dynamic teams that are harmonious and diverse and that contribute to workplace synergy

Managing Hybrid Teams

Managers can no longer succeed simply by being the most skilled person on staff. Effective managers must also have high levels of emotional intelligence, individual and group-based interpersonal competencies, and sophisticated project management skills. In this instructor led, virtual course, managers will learn new ways to manage their workforce, specifically, how to effectively communicate with, motivate, manage and discipline remote and/or hybrid staff. They will leave this course with a better understanding of how to use technology and other tools to hold their staff accountable while allowing for autonomous work.
