We are honored to be featured by the Boston Foundation as part of its spotlight on the Business Equity Fund (BEF)—an initiative that is driving real change by expanding access to capital for businesses owned by minorities.

Since receiving support from BEF, ARKA HR Solutions has continued to grow and deliver on its mission: helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people. This recognition reflects not only the progress of our firm, but also the broader impact of equitable investment on communities across Greater Boston.

We are especially proud of the leadership of our co-founders, Marcela Aldaz-Matos (CEO) and Andreina Viera Silva (President), and the work of our team in advancing talent development and inclusion.

We thank the Boston Foundation and Orlando Watkins, Vice President and Chief Program Officer, for their continued commitment to inclusive economic growth.
