We are excited to share that Arka HR has recently been featured in multiple prestigious platforms, highlighting our journey and accomplishments. Our company was spotlighted in The Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Newsletter (Thursday, May 30) and Round Up Newsletter (Monday, June 3), where our certification as a minority and woman-owned business enterprise was celebrated.
Additionally, the recent article by MCCI, “From Vision to Reality: How Arka HR Solutions Leveraged BEI Advisory Services and Capital for Expansion,” detailed our strategic growth and commitment to inclusivity.
Here is a quick synopsis of the MCCI article:
Arka HR Solutions was founded by visionary Latina entrepreneurs, Marcela Aldaz-Matos and Andreina Viera Silva. United by their passion for delivering exceptional Human Resources (HR) services, Marcela and Andreina bring extensive experience and expertise to the table.
Marcela Aldaz-Matos, currently the CEO of Arka HR and founder of MCBI Advisors LLC, has served as an executive in Fortune 500 companies, leading teams in the financial services and healthcare sectors, both domestically and internationally.
Andreina Viera Silva has 20 years of business executive and entrepreneurial experience, managing infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies and higher education institutions. She is also the founder of The Vieras and the non-profit Boss Lady.
Recognizing the need for additional skills in marketing, operations, and technology to scale their business effectively, Marcela and Andreina enrolled in the Business Equity Initiative (BEI) program, where they gained invaluable support and guidance.
