Workplace engagement has changed significantly post-pandemic and continues to change. Also, employees’ personal motivation and expectations regarding work and working environments are evolving, forcing employers to engage employees differently. In this instructor led, virtual course, managers will learn to identify what motivates the Individuals on his/her team and will discover practical and proven tools to motivate their unique staff, such as the benefits of autonomous working, new dynamics to employee/supervisor relationships and how to articulate the unique role you play as a leader/manager on the empowerment and motivation of your staff. Modalities of learning include lecture, Socratic discussion, and peer-based application/feedback.
